Navigating through issued certificates has never been easier! We've introduced a grouping system that organizes certificates based on their issuance date. No more sifting through an endless list; now you can quickly locate and manage specific credentials with ease.

2. Batch Download

Say goodbye to the tedious task of downloading certificates one by one. With our new batch download feature, clients can download all certificates issued in a given batch in one go. It's a time-saving enhancement that simplifies the process and ensures efficient sharing of credentials.

3. PDF Certificates

We've heard your requests, and we're excited to announce the addition of batch downloads in PDF format. Now, you have the flexibility to choose between PNG and PDF formats, catering to your specific needs and preferences.

4. Search & Delete Credentials
‍

Finding and rectifying issued credentials has never been more straightforward. Our improved search functionality allows you to locate credentials by learner name or email address. Once found, a simple click on the three-dot menu next to the result lets you delete the credential, providing a quick solution to any issuance errors.

1. New 'Expiry Date' Dynamic Tag

Enhance the information displayed on your certificates with our new dynamic tag for expiry dates. Easily add this tag to the certificate template within the Text content block. It dynamically calculates the credential's expiry date based on the timeframe set during course creation. To use this feature, navigate to the 'Insert' menu > Learner Info > and select 'Credential Expiry date'.

2. Archiving of Background Images

Keeping your Credential Designer organised is now simpler than ever. We've introduced the ability to archive background images, allowing you to remove outdated or unwanted assets from view. Just click on the folder icon next to the background image to archive it, ensuring a clutter-free and efficient design experience.
