Product Update: Issue certificates easily and quickly with our new UI

We are pleased to announce an update to our issuance functionality. You now have the option to upload learner information without using a CSV file, making the process more user-friendly and convenient.

You can now share one or more learner records with us via our UI, direct in the issuance flow. We’ve heard your feedback about wanting to issue smaller batches of certificates quicker, and we think this will help you do that. Additionally, you can now use a date picker which adapts to your locale for the completion date format. For example, in the US you might see MM/DD/YYYY, while UK users might see DD/MM/YYYY instead.

Please note that the format for completion dates in our bulk-upload CSV has changed from DD/MM/YYYY to YYYY-MM-DD. This new format aligns with international standards.

Additionally, we have improved our error detection and messaging. We will now be better at identifying errors and providing clear instructions for correcting any problems with your learner information which should save you a bit of time.
