This course introduced participants to regression methods that are appropriate to analyse count or rate data. More specifically, Poisson regression was described as means of determining associations between a count/rate outcome and a number of predictor variables. More flexible extensions of the Poisson regression, quasi Poisson and negative binomial regressions, were also introduced and explained.

Participants have the opportunity to share experiences with a wide range of people, including clinicians and those with experience of non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
